Return Policy - We do not ship out faulty products. If though, through transport and handling, damage has occurred please report it to the parcel delivery service and get in touch with us.

Shipping Policy - We ship locally with POST Luxembourg. But we also work with other providers, depending on destination or other requirements. We ship worldwide.
